AOT orders

AOT order or Kendra's law are un-American and seem to me to be unconstitutional. Think about it! Would anyone or more relevant, should anyone, kicking and screaming be forced to take insulin, as people with diabetes. They cause extreme expense to the health budgets, they are often due to the severity of the disease at risk of falling into a diabetic comma, and they are also big users of emergency rooms. If this example seems too trite, and it is not, what about people with cancer who refuse treatment? Kendra's law was implemented when a mentally ill person pushed a woman into a coming subway train and it was found that he was not adhering to medication. Between this man's utter regard to human life and the example that I see on a daily basis, Kendra's law is wrong it discriminates against people with mental health issues, whose only possible redress is hiring a lawyer at their own expense. They are often sent to court by families and companions that want to impose their will on them. They are mandated to take medications with outrageous side effects which are irreversible. We cry and scream when we have a health epidemic caused by the use of guns, yet do little about it. Yet, a person with a mental health disorder is discriminated against because they pose a risk to themselves? Should a grossly obese man be forced to cut his intake of calories? Should a hoarder be told to stop shopping? Should a gambler me forbidden from doing so? where do we draw the line? The slippery slope is a sloppy argument. It's also one that is absolutely admissible to face this attempt at taking the constitutional rights of Americans. It does not work! Mandated substance abuse treatment does not work and now they are using AOT restrictions on people. It's a hypocritical and moralistic society that implements laws that are discriminative in their nature. This is not a law based on good science, but based on bad morality.
This is a good time for witch hunts, so expect more!
